CHOCOLATE SPREAD

 Hello everyone,


So , because of this lockdown, we are not able to go out as usual, so I thought I will show you easy and yummy chocolate spread recipe . You can have this with bread , ice cream , etc ….. , this is a very easy and quick recipe….







INGREDIENTS


SUGAR  :  1 TBSP

WATER  :  7 TSP

COCOA POWDER  :  3 TSP

MILK  :  I/2 TSP




To a bowl add the sugar and the water, I am using brown sugar but you can use any sugar you like. 





















Now put it in the microwave until the sugar is dissolved in the water, stir it every 20-30 sec to make sure the sugar doesn’t burn. 




When the sugar syrup is ready ,add the cocoa powder and mix it well.


















    • Now add the milk and mix again .




    Your easy and yummy chocolate spread is ready.....

      Coconut Laddoo

      Hello everyone !                            So I am going to start this blog on a sweet note. Today we are going to make four ingredient ‘COCONUT LADOO’  INGREDIENTS 1. GRATED COCONUT -  1 cup 2. JAGGERY - 1/4 cup  3. GHEE - 5 tsp 4. CASHEW NUTS (as per your liking ) Now, let us see how to make the coconut ladoo. Step 1: So to start with grate a coconut with a grater or a mixer grinder .  Take 1 cup of this grated coconut and keep aside. Step 2: Take the quarter cup of jaggery and keep ready.  Step 3:Heat up a pan in medium flame and add 3 tsp of ghee . Add the jaggery .  Step 4 : When you start seeing the jaggery melting add quarter cup of water and keep mixing and let it boil it bubbles form. Step 5 : Add the grated coconut and mix well. Step 6: Cook it for 30 sec and add 2 teaspoons of ghee and cook it for 1 min or so or until...
