Coconut Laddoo

So I am going to start this blog on a sweet note. Today we are going to make four ingredient ‘COCONUT LADOO’ 



INGREDIENTS

1. GRATED COCONUT -  1 cup
2. JAGGERY - 1/4 cup 
3. GHEE - 5 tsp
4. CASHEW NUTS (as per your liking )

Now, let us see how to make the coconut ladoo.

Step 1: So to start with grate a coconut with a grater or a mixer grinder .  Take 1 cup of this grated coconut and keep aside.



Step 2: Take the quarter cup of jaggery and keep ready. 


Step 3:Heat up a pan in medium flame and add 3 tsp of ghee . Add the jaggery . 

Step 4 : When you start seeing the jaggery melting add quarter cup of water and keep mixing and let it boil it bubbles form.
Step 5 : Add the grated coconut and mix well.

Step 6: Cook it for 30 sec and add 2 teaspoons of ghee and cook it for 1 min or so or until it  all comes together . Once it comes together, transfer it to a bowl.

Step 7: Now take a tadka/ mini pan and add ghee and some cashew nuts to the pan . Fry till golden brown and remove. Keep aside.

Step 8: Grease your palms with ghee and start rolling the mixture into ladoos. Garnish with the cashew nuts on top . SERVE !! ENJOY!!!!
